Kooper & Levi Strata Management was established in September 2005 by Philip Kooper. Philip started the business after working in a larger Strata business and had come to the realisation that the Strata industry had reached a point where there was growing dissatisfaction amongst owners corporations as a result of poor customer care.
Philip saw this as an opportunity to open a new office as an alternative for clients seeking better and more personalised service. Since that time, Kooper & Levi has grown to manage over 250 properties ranging from 2 – 300 lots all across Sydney.
In 2018 Philip sold the business and continues as a consultant. Nicholas Johnson was appointed General Manager and Licensee in Charge and now oversees the operation. Nicholas has 13 years’ experience in the strata industry leveraging off completion of a Bachelor of Law. In 2012 Nicholas was awarded the SCA (NSW) Young Strata Manager of the Year. He formally ran a large strata office in central Sydney but was disenfranchised by model of large top tier strata firms and their lack of focus on the customer and overloading strata managers with too many buildings to manage. Nicholas has strong focus on family values and educating his staff and the customer.
